Module One

⇒ Attend two virtual peer-to-peer learning sessions
Each peer-to-peer session is 1.5 hours long.
⇒ Participate in at least one additional activity
Activity options: virtual group coaching calls (1 hour) or virtual peer-to-peer learning sessions
Module Two

⇒ Submit progress report (template provided)
⇒ Nominate at least 10 FT W-2 employees to take employee survey*
⇒ Complete employer exit survey
* The Worker Voice Survey is anonymous and voice-based; employee participation will be compensated.
Module Three
Jump into the
COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
The Community of Practice requires less than 2 hours per week of your time. It includes virtual peer-to-peer learning sessions - a combination of continuing leadership education with peer mentoring & networking - and virtual group coaching calls.
Participants must attend at least three activities, including two peer-to-peer learning sessions.
The peer-to-peer sessions will begin in August and cover the following topics:

But how do you target that investment? This session will cover the fundamentals of identifying good jobs goals, and give you tools to build toward them.
Good Jobs Goal Setting

Growing your business, especially during times of uncertainty, takes strong leadership.
This session will strengthen your ability to lead & manage your team through change.
Empathetic Leadership

Strong, effective communication is critical.
Doing so is hard, though, when you're a small business owner wearing multiple hats. This session will help you develop your communication skills and turn them into effective business practices.
Leadership Communications

Burnout is the enemy of productivity.
However, it can be hard to identify and even harder to address. But it doesn't have to grind business to a halt - in this session, you will learn how to identify and manage burnout among your team.
Recognizing, Navigating & Mitigating Burnout
